We will start the experience with an opening circle. I might include some meditation or breathing exercises in order to get our body and mind into a calmer state. Once the music starts we begin the journey. All you need to do is lay down on a mat, close your eyes and surrender. I am holding the space for you in this process through a state of deep presence. Part of the experience can be emotional releases, physical movements, spiritual journeys or deep inner stillness. We will finish the session with a closing circle.
